As a Payroll Analyst II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for our employees in Mexico, specifically in San Luis Potosi. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payment to our employees, maintaining compliance with local payroll laws and regulations. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be essential in this role. You will report directly to our Payroll Manager, and you'll work out of our San Luis Potosi, Mexico location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact Honeywell by ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing, maintaining data integrity, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our payroll operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process payroll for employees in Mexico, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements

• Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations in Mexico

• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity

• Calculate wages, deductions, and overtime accurately

• Address employee inquiries related to payroll

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payroll discrepancies

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role

• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, laws, and regulations in Mexico

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Experience with payroll software and systems TRESS System

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, English 70%

• Strong organizational and time management skills
