Here's what you'll need:
- BA or BS desirable
- Experience with Document Management solutions using Prolog, SharePoint and ProjectWise or similar systems
- Proficient in MS Office Tools and Excel
- Experience working on various projects in a fast paced environment
- Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Process and distribute communications and information flow such as submittals and requests for information (RFIs).
- Requires excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of. internal management and staff Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:
- Familiarity with legal deeds, legal descriptions, land acquisitions, title documents, etc experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills and understanding of technical terminology
- Perform other duties as required
