Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure alignment of direct reports' annual performance objectives and support individual development plans. Sets clear, high standards for performance and hold direct reports accountable for results. Measure individual performance against success criteria, and provides feedback and developmental coaching.
  • Manages execution of our Access Solutions portfolio and strategy. Works alongside our counterparts in Mississauga for downstream marketing initiatives on Access Solutions.
  • Manages execution of administrative customer plans in ways consistent with economic and product messaging strategies.
  • Leverages economic data and analysis to make strategic choices.
  • Develops/executes 1-2 year integrated franchise marketing plans and budgets, with oversight, annually. Resolves issues within the core team and franchise.
  • Identifies new site of service opportunities for franchise.
  • Directs/supports product managers in core team activities/responsibilities and oversees completion of key initiatives.
  • Works alongside corporate account and HEMA counterparts to plan and execute strategies.
  • Applies team/franchise/industry knowledge to solve project issues.
  • Works within current systems to achieve business objectives (e.g., product development, launch strategies, etc).
  • Raises and facilitates resolution to difficult personal and process conflicts or issues within the team. Builds cross-franchise team competence.
  • Build a high-performance marketing team; recruiting, selecting, training and developing top marketing talent.
  • Direct team's utilization of marketing science tools and methodologies for market analysis, and manage development of strategies and tactics designed to eliminate or mitigate market barriers, including technical, operational, economic, regulatory and sales channel barriers.
  • Identify, analyze, and recommend franchise business development opportunities.
  • Leverage industry, market, clinical and cross-functional experience and knowledge to remove obstacles and solve project issues.
  • Develop personal, and facilitates team's development of, relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders, influencers and decision-makers. Coach the team in effectively navigating through and capitalizing on the organizational matrix.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of professional experience
  • 5+ years of medical device experience
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
  • Downstream experience (i.e. product management, sales engagement and campaign)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with determining customer needs within medical device markets
  • Experience working with administrative customer and or large IDN’s
  • Analytical skills and ability to craft business plan a requirement
  • Team leadership experience




Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
