Your key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership to align on business objectives and leverage strong leadership skills to guide teams toward successful outcomes.
- Manage and engage senior stakeholder relationships at CxO, Partner, and Functional Head levels to drive project success.
- Conduct rapid assessments of stakeholder landscapes, providing insights that refine their current state and accelerate action.
- Bring diverse perspectives to transformations, incorporating market trends and innovative ideas to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving abilities, maintaining a strategic mindset and attention to detail in all initiatives.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by developing and implementing innovative ideas that enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of organizational processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and transformation.
- Provide strategic recommendations and actionable plans to enhance business performance and drive transformation initiatives.
- Develop roadmaps for implementing project management, organizational change management, and design thinking initiatives.
- Manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and implement change management strategies that support organizational transformation and drive adoption.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Approximately 10 years of management and consulting experience, project management or change management experience.
- Experience in consulting for global organizations/Big 4
- Deep knowledge and strong expertise in at least one of the following areas:
- Project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and their practical application in various contexts.
- Change management principles, models, and methodologies, with hands-on experience leading change initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Advance level in English (C1).
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Agile, Scrum master, Change Management certification, or Design Thinking certification are highly desirable.
- Master’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field will be a plus.
- Design thinking experience, understanding of frameworks and tools, with the ability to apply them effectively to address complex business challenges.
