We are looking for a highly motivated App Developer with a unique blend of skills in data analytics, and low-code/no-code AI agent development. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy agentic systems using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Azure AI Foundry.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience
• 1-3 years in data analytics or data engineering.
• ~1-year hands-on experience with agent development (Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or similar tools).
• Technical Skills
• Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Azure AI Foundry
• SQL/Python.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps.
• Soft Skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Agentic System Development
• Build and deploy agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Leverage Azure AI Foundry to design prompt flows and manage deployments via Azure DevOps CI/CD.
• Stakeholder Engagement : collaborate with business stakeholders to translate objectives into program requirements and technical specifications.
• Rapid Prototyping : design and implement quick agentic workflows with a prototype-first mindset to gather early feedback.
• Data Engineering & Analytics
• Build and manage quick data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse/Fabric.
• Perform data preparation, transformation, and analysis with SQL.
• Prompt Engineering : craft, optimize, and maintain effective prompts to ensure reliable agent behaviour.
• Automation Orchestration : design and manage automation workflows using Power Automate Flows.
• Performance Measurement : track adoption, success, and engineering metrics of deployed solutions.
