Global Internal Communications Role and Responsibilities:
- Create content that supports management strategy messaging.
- Ensures one global voice for executive leadership across mediums (email, newsletters, BU Meetings, All Hands, etc.)
- Focus on building Internal Communications content, practices and platforms for Americas and ROW (Asia and EMEA), supporting HR and Business Leaders.
- Support org changes with announcements.
- Manage daily Israel employee communications, with corporate messaging and alignment re distribution and timing.
- Brand internal programs and employee initiatives.
Manages Employee Communication Platforms:
- Create and maintain Employee Communication Platforms (StrataNet, tv screens, and newsletters).
- Manage Internal Communications systems daily: content and technical support
- Support IC projects and providecommunication solutions for internal stakeholders
- Provide communication solutions for internal stakeholders, across the businesses.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in global, public Company
- Master’s degree in relevant field
- Excellent writing skills in English and Hebrew – mother tongue level
- Creative thinking and messaging capabilities
- Team spirit
- Ability to manage workload in complex environment
- Experience in event management
