WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support Israel communications, ensuring all deliverables are in line with the overall Wiz voice, strategy, and culture.
- Own the maintenance of our regional Israel employee portal, connecting with relevant stakeholders to collect and curate informative and timely content.
- Act as a communications business partner and project coordinator to select departments, joining cadence calls, tracking departmental communications, and driving updates to relevant audiences as needed.
- Help the HR team to create communications plans that relay important employee information and updates.
- Help the Employee Experience team to create communications plans that include both internal and external audiences.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 3+ years of relevant experience in providing successful internal communications.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a content-focused program.
- Exceptionally strong Hebrew and English writing and editing skills, with focus on clarity and conciseness.
- The ability to adapt writing tone and voice to the needs of any specific project.
- Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced global working environment, working with multiple regions and priorities.
- Ability to be innovative, adaptable, and to thrive under pressure.
