Key job responsibilities
As a Specialist Solution Architect MSFT on AWS, you will be responsible for designing solutions to support customers to bring their Microsoft workloads to AWS. Specialist Solution Architects are deep technical experts in Microsoft technologies who work with customers every day and collect demand signals influencing the AWS product roadmap and strategic partnerships for Microsoft Workloads. You will also identify gaps in AWS products or feature sets based on customer insights and partner with internal product teams and account managers to win strategic customer workloads and Data Center migrations. You will be working closely with Specialist Sales experts to deliver the desired customer outcomes. You will develop thought leadership and assets in the context of the Microsoft Workloads service domain and will be speaking at public events.A day in the life

- Broad experience in Microsoft infrastructure and SQL database architecture, technical pre-sales, technology transformation, enterprise solution blue printing, or Solution Architect experience in the software or cloud industries.
- Experience in cloud based application modernizations
- Experience in writing, publishing technical whitepapers, and evangelizing.
- Previous experience architecting the benefits of cloud for Microsoft workloads.
- Broad experience with the adoption of .NET applications in the cloud, offering guidance on best practices, scalability, and security.
- Bachelor’s degree, certifications, or similar experiences desired.
