The Custody Onboard Intermediary Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with Clients independently and has some latitude to solve complex queries. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to exchange complex and sensitive information. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for close working relationship with Citi stakeholders and corporate clients across entire account opening and/or maintenance process (interacting with customers, managing documentation, resolving customer issues).
  • Taking part in projects in the account services area (all scenarios of account opening and maintenance processing) & ensuring they are fully compliant with internal processes, regulations, policies.
  • Follows internal processes, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures, and practices.
  • Being a pro-active team player with ability to work independently (with no direct supervision)

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in in Custody/Asset Servicing/FA area or account opening & maintenance process (preferable but not a must)
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, pro-active team player but also able to work independently,
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced in English – C1 written and spoken
  • You are a people person, open to delivering superior customer service and cooperate with different stakeholders
  • You are motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented
