Key Responsibilities:

  • ExecuteOmnichannel activation strategyfor the DTC channel with ultimate focus onpremium experienceacross all consumer touchpoints and drivingsport credibility
  • Execute DTC activation plan with focus onquality, efficiency, consistencyacross all consumer touch points
  • Implement in store communication materials throughthe lenses of sustainabilitywith minimum carbon footprint possible
  • Createstrong business relationwith Retail District Managers and conductregular store visitsin given regionto understand consumer needsand drive improvements in the stores and online
  • Create business relation withkey landlords, discuss with them marketing calendar and other possibilities how to drive traffic into our stores
  • Regularly analyzestore & campaign performance in area of responsibility andproactively drive improvement actions
  • Ensureprocess speed, efficiency, and follow-up(POS/Digital Agency cooperation, communication flow, reporting, plan execution)
  • Executespecial projectsin alignment with Manager DTC Activation

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • University degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2-3 years retail or marketing / agency experience (preferably retail and event marketing experience is essential)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); strong PowerPoint skills preferred, Adobe Photoshop nice to have
  • Previous Brand, Cultural or Sport related experience preferred, especially related to driving consumer events and engagement
  • Knowledge of full marketing mix, understanding Premium Consumer Experience
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
