Key Activities/Elements

Service Delivery

ØOperational expertise in STRAP/AOP/Estimate process.

ØProvide analysis and guidance for the Monthly Operations Reviews.

ØProvide support and analysis for competitor review and economic indicators trends.

ØDevelop suggestions for process improvements as needed, to maximize scalability and minimize manual work.

Process Efficiency

ØIdentifying opportunities for process improvements which include driving efficiencies in the work area to speed up and improve the quality of output.

ØIdentifying and introducing best practices that add value to the processes.

ØProvide reliable and accurate financial reporting that exceeds existing standards and facilitates decision making.

Education level and/or relevant experience(s)

ØFinance/ Commerce / equivalent degree with min 6 yrs of relevant experience in FP&A.

ØCA,ICWAI, MBA, CIMA, CFA, CPA or equivalent qualified is an added advantage

ØExcellent analytical, modeling, and technical skills with high attention to detail

ØMust be proficient with Advanced Excel and PowerPoint

ØExpert Knowledge on STRAP/AOP/Estimate process

Knowledge and Skills (general and technical)

ØHighly self motivated and result oriented attitude.

ØExpert in systems with ability to develop complex financial models and reporting packages dealing with large amounts of data.

ØKnowledge on VB/ Macros will be an added advantage.

ØExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, along with superior attention to detail.

ØExcellent communication skills (both oral and written); must be able to communicate at all levels of the organization
