As a Plant Controller here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our manufacturing plant within the Honeywell PMC business unit. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance, improve cost efficiency, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Your role will involve analyzing financial data, preparing budgets and forecasts, and providing financial insights to support decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the financial operations of the manufacturing plant within the PMC business unit.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and improve cost efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the PMC business unit to drive financial initiatives and process improvements.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Proven track record of driving financial performance and cost efficiency.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
