Your key responsibilities
- Preparing new employee files
- Orienting new employees to the firm
- Act as point of contact with IEFP regarding internship programs
- Monitoring internship programs
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s Degree, preferably with a specific focus on HR;
- Proven experience as a HR Professional, working with IEFP internships program;
- Knowledge of Portuguese Labor Law;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- A thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required;
- Fluency in English.
