What you`ll do:
You will actively drive and support the further development and innovation of the various ECS process affected by a new commercial model and ensure consistency and quality of the services and the process itself.
You will define new KPIs for the process and measure compliance towards this. Implementing improvement measures and corrective actions are also in your responsibility.
Close collaboration with various stakeholders from many initiatives, including C-level executives, and delivery teams, helps you to understand the needs, define the requirements and translate these into the process.
The Role:
- Define process objectives, performance metrics, and improvement targets and monitor and analyze process performance using data-driven approaches
- Collaborate with other ECS process managers to integrate different commercial models in the processes
- Model the process and develop Standard Operating Procedure and Work Instruction
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in existing processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards and stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to process optimization.
- Provide training and guidance to internal customers and stakeholders on process-related matters.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field from an accredited university
- Good understanding of commercial and finance related processes
- Proven experience as a Process Manager or in a similar process improvement role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve process-related issues
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in process mapping and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
