What you’ll do:
Position Title : SAP Mexico Intern – Operations Support for Customer Evolution Team
Location: Mexico City, Mexico
Schedule: 30 HR/week
Duration: 18 Month
In this role, you’ll:
The working student will assist with various operational tasks such as but not limited to:
Support team on Customer Engagement activities related to Customer Evolution Program initiatives (accelerate-to-cloud, influence-to-retain, revitalize-to-recover)
Perform processes related to the commercial life cycle of our customers, from renewals to terminations
Interaction with other SAP Teams such as Account Team (Sales), Order-to-Invoice (Finance), Order-to-Cash, Legal, Partner Business Management
Interact with customers to support on Customer Evolution initiatives (as Customer Evolution Kit) and commercial life cycle questions
Use of internal systems such as CRM and ISP
Prepare and present analysis related to customer specific topics, to general reports on customer profiling, in an on-demand basis
Gain knowledge about SAP strategy, products, services
Teamwork, collaboration, commitment to learning & helping

Currently Enrolled: Engineering, Business Administration, IT, Economy, International Relationship or Marketing
Languages: English (Advanced)
Expert of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, access) is required
