In this role, you’ll:
The working student will assist with various operational tasks such as but not limited to:
- Support team on Customer Engagement activities related to Customer Evolution Program initiatives
- Perform processes related to the commercial life cycle of our customers, from renewals to terminations
- Interaction with other SAP Teams such as Account Team (Sales), Order-to-Invoice, Order-to-Cash, Legal
- Interact with customers to support on Customer Evolution initiatives and commercial life cycle questions
- Use of internal systems such as CRM and ISP
- Prepare and present analysis related to customer specific topics, in an on-demand basis
- Gain knowledge about SAP strategy, products, services
- Team work, collaboration, commitment to learning & helping
- Demonstrated detail-orientation with strong organizational skills, including the ability to self-manage time and tasks

- Studying Business Administration, IT, Economy, International Relationship or Marketing
