Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, outcome oriented Product Manager who is excited to help achieve success of our threat intelligence product & services portfolio, and improve outcomes for the 11,000+ customers of the Insight platform. You will also lead and oversee end to end product management of key strategic initiatives & capabilities, with the help of our global product team, UX, and engineering on discovery, planning, and execution.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of individual contributor product management experience in SaaS or MSSP environments: Recognizing patterns, trends and devising strategies for B2B industries demands context over time.
- Data fluency: You understand how data differentiates belief from fact. You understand the ins and outs of product telemetry as an aid to value realization, design choices, and decision support. Humans may communicate with stories, but rationally invest with data.
- Own customer problems: Develop, maintain, demonstrate a solid understanding of Security Operations and the problem of unmet customer needs.
- Team-minded leadership: Help the team deliver capabilities that satisfy customer needs. You’ll act as an internal and external advocate & spokesperson, but also lend a helping hand when needed. You might be the smartest person in the room but have no need to prove it.

Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap for the full threat intelligence portfolio; this includes standalone products, package add-on's, and services
- Drive adoption and success of capabilities & offerings AFTER they launch to ensure our customers are getting the value they deserve
- Work with Product Marketing and other Go-To-Customer functions to make sure the positioning of our products is clear and relevant to our customers biggest security challenges
- Mentor junior team members in order to strengthen the craft of product management at Rapid7
