Chief Technology Officer, Connected Industrials , you will play a pivotal role in leading the technology strategy and innovation for the Connected Industrials business in Industrial Automation (IA). You will be responsible for identifying and implementing innovative technologies, driving digital transformation, and ensuring the development and delivery of cutting-edge solutions for our customers.
As the CTO, you will have a transformative impact on our business by leveraging emerging technologies, such as cloud computing and data analytics, to enhance operational efficiency, improve productivity, and drive sustainable growth. Your strategic thinking, technical expertise, and ability to drive innovation will be instrumental in positioning Honeywell as a leader in the industrial automation industry.
In this role, you will report directly to our Chief Technology Officer HCE, and work out of our Atlanta, GA or Houston, Texas location on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the technology strategy for the Connected Industrials division, aligned with the business goals and market trends.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, such as cloud computing and data analytics, that can be leveraged to drive innovation and enhance our product offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions.
- Lead the development and delivery of customer-centric products and solutions, leveraging agile methodologies and cloud technologies.
- Enable customer calls and deals by providing technical expertise and support, ensuring that our solutions meet customer needs and requirements.
- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to enable faster and more efficient product development cycles.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the exploration of new ideas and technologies.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors, startups, and research institutions to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering teams, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, including software, cloud, and IoT.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive technology innovation.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions that drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
