- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 15 years of experience within Supply Chain or Procurement or 13 years of experience with an advanced degree
- Experience with supply chain, business operations, procurement, and hardware products
- Experience in influencing senior executives, negotiations, and partner management
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree
- 20 years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement
- Experience working with and leading diverse teams and a variety of stakeholders, and executing strategies to deliver exceptional solutions
- Ability to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, and to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Team player and the ability to exercise good judgment in a rapidly changing and sometimes stressful environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams simultaneously
