As a Talent Marketing Specialist at IBM, you’ll drive strategic talent marketing and employer branding initiatives for our most critical hiring needs. Drawing on your expertise, you’ll craft data-driven solutions to attract top-tier diverse talent while exploring innovative strategies to meet global hiring demands. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will own and execute strategic talent attraction and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment to IBM hiring priorities, goals and target results.
Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end talent marketing campaigns, utilizing a diverse range of channels and offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics against established KPIs, leveraging insights to optimize ROI and refine campaign strategies.
  • Apply a keen focus on channel marketing best practices, continuously identifying opportunities for innovation based on industry trends.
  • Leading initiatives to cultivate a diverse talent pipeline by championing diversity and inclusion within talent attraction strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition stakeholders to grasp evolving hiring needs and align talent marketing strategies accordingly.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Ability to craft executive-level presentations that emphasize clarity, brevity, and impact, along with exceptional delivery skills.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management abilities, including effectively managing client relationships and driving alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Experience in implementing data-driven marketing solutions to drive top-of-funnel talent engagement and conversion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions to attract quality talent efficiently.
  • A nuanced understanding of critical hiring markets and trends, with a focus on Central and Eastern Europe.

  • Experience with video editing, content creation, and end-to-end project management.

  • Demonstrated ambition and autonomy in achieving targets, coupled with a creative approach to problem-solving.
