Roles and Responsibilities
- Processing of the small/medium projects and customer requests
- Maintaining contact with the end customers and parties involved through email and phone calls to answer questions and concerns, prepare presentations and project data.
- Collaborating with various teams and hold meetings in order to develop implementation plans and identifying risks.
- Escalating constraints and risks to the appropriate parties of the organization, when required.
- Closely monitoring the progress, deadlines and plans of the small projects and customerrequests.
- Support analysis of the processes used by the Project Management team to drive the continuous improvement of the wider team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Bio-medical Engineering, Business Administration or any other relevant
- Organizational skills to work in a structured, independent and reliable way while quickly learning
- Proficiency in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills of English and Italian language; Other European languages are also highly desirable
