We are looking for a Dynamics Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, delivering, and maintaining our Dynamics ecosystem. Your expertise, problem-solving skills, and creative approach will be instrumental in developing tailored solutions that meet the business needs. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process from understanding business requirements to deploying functional solutions on the Dynamics platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, configuration, as well as testing and deployment strategies on the Dynamics platform.
• Design, build, and deliver customized solutions using Dynamics and other connected technologies to meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Dynamics platform, ensuring its optimal performance and reliability.
• Support the continued development of key reports and dashboards, oversee data administration, and maintain data integrity across the platform.
• Proactively recommend new features and enhancements to optimize platform usage and improve business processes.
• Provide detailed technical specifications and contribute to the maintenance of comprehensive documentation for system configurations and business processes.
• Adhere to and advocate for best practices, security procedures, and guidelines to ensure the protection of business data and compliance with relevant regulations.

To qualify for the role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Dynamics Consultant
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and technical environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
