Responsibilities
Access Delivery & Governance:
• Access Provisioning and De-Provisioning - Performs user id administration (additions, modifications, deletions) for operating systems and in-house application based on information contained on access administration forms, or pre-defined Role Based Access Control definitions. Manages access requests within established Service Level Agreement (SLAs).
• Profile maintenance - Perform Data Clean-up, profile changes, group changes, application changes) on role-based profiles. Collaborate with stakeholders for STP/DDAR implementation.
• Application Access Termination – Perform access De-provisioning of users who have left the organization or transferring to/from other hierarchies.
•Triage and Audit – Basic application access related issues on Login issues, Password issues, Access Locked/Disabled. Respond to internal and external audit inquiries related to access management activities.
• Access Review & Revocation Repository – Performs reviews & inactivity cleanup for users on various applications/platforms. Analyze and interpret access request data and generate reports/metrics.
• Audit Reports and Inactive users report - Performs inactivity cleanup for users on various applications. Work on various compliance reports generated on over 100 applications and ensure the orphan/non-use user IDs are deleted.
• Process building/ Re-Engineering skills - Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies, process improvements & automations.
• Risk Management - Review and Monitor the process for risk evaluation and reduction along with audit readiness. Implement and maintain access governance activities according to Bank’s IAM policies and standards. Understanding of Bank’s Access related Process Risk Controls (including 300-430 Metrics)
• Innovation - Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement within the access management process. Evaluate and implement solutions to strengthen access controls through automation, data enrichment and enhanced mechanisms, ensuring company protection. Actively participate in various projects-based Initiatives run with business segment Teams.
Requirements
Education:B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc./BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
