Citi's Client organization is focused on strengthening how we deliver for clients across the bank. The Client organization, inclusive of firm-wide Marketing, takes a comprehensive view of our client relationships, ensuring that we deliver one Citi in a consistent and disciplined way through a centralized view of our client strategy, segmentation and coverage model.


Key responsibilities

  • Marketing Expense Management- broad set of activities in support of ensuring delivery of Plan/Olk Marketing expense, contra, and core KPIs, as well as Direct expense.
  • Analyze results against Plan/Outlook and assess risk & opportunity to support timely business decisions.
  • Respond quickly, timely and accurately to urgent requirements and senior management data needs.
  • Drive continuous enhancement of governance and controls, and support FP&A transformation efforts within Finance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the businesses, analytics, regional and corporate finance and other functional teams.
  • Drive process improvement and enhanced financial rigor within our internal marketing investment approval and optimization processes.
  • Syndicate key messages with senior Business leaders to garner key stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of relevant experience in financial services.
  • Expertise in financial modeling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience with enterprise financial software.
  • Excellent team collaboration and partnership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing and presentation. The ability to understand and articulate complex financial concepts.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
  • A pro-active self-starter who can continue to push concepts forward with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize effectively and resolve conflicting priorities.
  • Extensive background in financial planning, business analytics and related finance disciplines.
  • Bachelor degree required; Masters preferred
