What you’ll do:

  • Working closely with customers to understand their requirements further to the existing platform
  • Running gap analysis
  • The go-to engineer for all of the services and integrations that the Fireblocks platform provides
  • Providing customized solutions and acting as a senior consultant for any technical-related questions.
  • Training technical staff on all cloud, blockchain, security and software activities.
  • Acting as the sole representative for the Services Group and collaborating regularly with local Project Managers and Architects, Technical Support, CSM, and Sales roles.
  • Development of tools and automation for the company's products
  • Participation in technological conferences in the blockchain domain

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience as a technology expert - at least 6 years
  • Development in Python and JS is an advantage
  • Experience working with customers on a regular basis with a focus on the ‘Customer Experience’
  • Technical knowledge in a mix of the following technologies: basic cryptography (PKI, Digital Signatures), IT Security, Docker, Scripting Languages, Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure), REST API, Databases (SQL and NoSQL)
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and concepts
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently present technical ideas and solutions for often complex projects
  • Software development experience with the ability to develop basic web applications from scratch
  • Background in working with Blockchain technology is desirable
  • Background with working with different frontend frameworks & technologies is highly desirable
  • Experience in the field of crypto in the blockchain domain is an advantage
