As a Professional Services Engineer (PSE), you will be responsible for delivering a ‘pristine first experience of VAST’ via technical expertise, being calm under pressure, and resolving issues as they arise onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure and test VAST Data solution in customer environments, ensuring they are fully operational and meet performance standards.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance to customers, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide input on product development and process improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices related to AI and storage.
