Asa Professional Services Engineer here at Honeywell Building Automation (BA),you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and support toour customers. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality professionalservices, including system design, installation, configuration, andtroubleshooting. Your strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledgewill ensure the successful implementation and operation of our buildingautomation solutions.

You will report directly to our Manager Custom Solutions and Professional Services and you'll work out of our Pittsford,NY location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the satisfaction of ourcustomers and the success of our professional services operations. You willcollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customerexperiences and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Support the LenelS2 Value Added Reseller (VAR) Channel
-Provide manufacturer technical product guidance in the following areas:
-System design and pre-planning
-Software installation and upgrades
-Implementation of fault tolerant and disaster recovery solutions
-Complex installations and configuration

The annual base salary range for this position is $85,600 -$107,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including, but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.


YOU MUST HAVE

-2+ years of customer facing experience in a technology industry
-2+ years of experience with MS SQL Server or Oracle databases
-2+ years of Server administration experience

-Experience working with Microsoft operating systems (Windows OS).
-Experience testing and supporting software installations.

-Entry-level knowledge of SQL database engines required
-Experience in Access Control, Video, Intrusion, or related technologies is a plus



This position requires availability to travel; typically, individual trips of short duration (3-5 days).  International travel is possible.
