How you’ll spend your day
  • Working very closely and effectively in a business partner structure with the product manager, sales manager, market access manager and licensing manager.
  • Preparing and implementing annual medical plan in accordance with the marketing strategy for the responsible products.
  • Managing all business processes in the medical department in compliance with compliance rules, local regulations, rules, industry standards, law and business ethics.
  • High medical knowledge about current and future Teva products and current medical information, scientific researches and publications about the treatment areas that are in interest of Teva.
  • Developing, maintaining and managing relationships with opinion leaders and other healthcare professionals in the areas of treatment that are in interest of Teva.
  • Managing the key opinion leader (KOL) relations in the areas he / she is responsible for, prepare the KOL list and the KOL segmentation model and KOL based annual scientific communication and development plan.
  • Managing scientific relations with Medical Associations related to the field of treatment.
  • Visiting physicians in the field and sharing scientific information with the leaders and speakers
  • Strategic contribution to the brand team
Your experience and qualifications
  • Medical or Pharmacy Degree
  • Ideally at least 2 years of experience in similar Medical Manager related roles in pharmaceutical company
  • Experience working within Oncology or Hematology therapeutic area - preferred
  • Fluent English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • High-level of knowledge in the roles of Medical Sciences and Medical Manager, clinical study protocol writing, clinical project management, preparing of scientific publication and value pack for reimbursement, medical statistics, scientific data interpretation and in-depth knowledge for the accountable areas of treatment
  • In-depth understanding and knowledge of the rules, regulations, legislation and compliance principles in the pharmaceutical industry
  • In-depth knowledge of medical compliance and Medical Affairs Management
  • Ability to understand business strategies and adapt medical strategies accordingly
  • Excellence communication skills and ability to influence internal and external clients.
  • Knowledge and experience in clinical studies and management of clinical work processes initiated by the researcher.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently with minimal guidance, ability to prioritize and follow the work by using medical and commercial judgment.
