Strategic and Performance Leadership
- Continue to evolve and execute the vision, mission and strategic plan for the development channel ensuring alignment with the broader commercial strategy.
- Actively participate in DOS meetings for GI channel to provide input and direction as it pertains to strategic and operational initiatives including AOP, forecasting, commercial strategy, budgeting etc.
- Successful execution of sales plan/revenue growth including working with the Development Managers to define regional sales plan allocation to maximize growth.
- In close collaboration with the sales operations team, build out the annual compensation plan and sales awards in alignment with the strategic direction of the Development channel and the broader commercial strategy.
- Ensure the Development Manager team are formally connected with Strategic System Manager liaisons to accelerate their commercial leadership development.
- Active participation in quarterly division sales forecast sessions (market potential, forecast gaps, corrective strategies, growth plans)
- Attend and participate in customer, company and industry sponsored forums and courses.
- Plan and controls expenses to ensure sales objectives are met within budget.
- Leverage knowledge of the industry and the competition to challenge, modify and prioritize sales division strategies.
People Leadership
- Coach the development manager team to source, hire, onboard and develop talent while fostering an inclusive and high performing team culture.
- Spend a minimum of 25% time in the field with DMs, ATMs, TMs, and Regional Managers to support the ATMs development needs and to ensure strong cross channel collaborative relationships.
- Lead all national communication forums to set direction, inspire, and ensure consistency with divisional geographic goals and broader Endoscopy initiatives.
- Proactively build the future development manager bench by mentoring identified top talent within the division.
- Lead strategic diversity and inclusion projects to expand diverse talent pools.
Collaborative Leadership
- Contributes to the Sales leadership team by playing a formal role of Sale Franchise Liaison for assigned franchise(s). Inclusive of consulting on launch and go-to-market strategies, forecast meeting prep and alignment, and acting as a conduit between marketing PM/GMM and DOS team.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations and others on sales promotions, training, competitive intelligence, new product launch planning and other franchise specific projects.
- Contribute to team effort by working with all members of the Endo division in all departments, as needed, especially with Sales, Marketing, HEMA, Strategy, Finance.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience leading large teams in the achievement of organizational goals as well as 5-10 years of demonstrated commercial sales experience. Previous experience leading and developing people managers is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, train, develop and mentor manager-level individuals.
- Proven ability to influence across multiple stakeholders and interact effectively with all levels across the organization.
- Embodies the spirit of ONE ENDOSCOPY and demonstrates an ability to work collaboratively across sales channels and support functions.
- Must be able to foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives, demonstrated commitment to our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) strategy through active participation/leadership in ERGs and/or other DE&I strategies and tactics.
- Must possess the ability to determine and set direction and influence others.
- Ability to demonstrate competency in the areas of strategic, collaborative and performance excellence.
- Experience managing the activities and budget of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups, projects/programs and/or operations.

- Commercial endoscopy sales experience
