Endoscopy Summer 2024 Sales Internship12 Weeks (May-August)Eligibility Requirements:

  • Rising Senior students currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Business / Sales.
  • Ability to work in the US permanently without any restrictions

Our Purpose:

We aim to provide our interns with a comprehensive medical device sales experience within Boston Scientific’s Endoscopy division. Our interns will get valuable field experience where you will work with a Territory Manager to provide value in selected healthcare systems. During your final week of the program, you will give a presentation that highlights your learnings during your summer experience.

As an Endo Sales Intern at Boston Scientific, you will…

  • Manage a project in our Sales Training department while collaborating with different functions such as: Marketing, Sales Operations, R&D, and more.
  • Learn about our sales process and develop clinical selling skills.
  • Partner with sales reps to provide education to our customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of our Endoscopy product portfolio.
  • Enhance business presentation skills
  • Advance our mission of transforming lives through innovative medical solutions that improve the health of patients around the world.

Previous Endo Sales Interns have provided organizational value by:

  • Helping to organize our National Sales Meeting in Boston.
  • Participate in hospital visits and sales training evaluations.
  • Synthesize key information to understand innovative product lifecycle management.


Your Qualifications:

  • Rising Senior students currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Business / Sales.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively while building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Planning/Scheduling: Handle multiple projects and priorities to meet required deadlines. Ability to plan and foresee company needs.
  • Winning attitude: Must be determined and goal-oriented, and have a positive, "can do" attitude.
  • Dependability/Perseverance: Always willing to go the extra mile to complete projects on schedule.
  • Professionalism: Adhere to a high level of professionalism by demonstrating ethical behavior.

Among other requirements, Boston Scientific maintains specific prohibited substance testing requirements for safety-sensitive positions.
