Key job responsibilities* Collect, analyze and report on KPIs and other performance metrics to enable the Statup org to deliver and demonstrate impactful results.
* Partner with sales and the Sales Operations team to develop automated and systematic solutions for tracking startup engagements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
