Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Support key aspects of the Rewards/ Payroll related elements including Compensation, Benefits, Mobility and SAP and SAPIENCE Management. Manage and run the monthly payroll for the UAE organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the execution of monthly payroll including managing all variables associated with the payroll (advances, allowances, deductions, additions, benefits, salary/bank/other changes) throughout the month.

· Data maintenance and administration of HR SAP and Sapience systems in collaboration with HRBPs

· Reporting administration of HR SAP (Ad-Hoc Query) and Sapience systems in collaboration with HRBPs and Finance department

· Reporting administration of HR SAP (Ad-Hoc Query) and Sapience systems in collaboration with HRBPs and Finance department

· Support the payroll annual processes and planning around bonus, salary review, long term incentive or any other rewards program for UAE

· Support on any personnel cost/budget exercise or planning

· Reporting payroll monthly JV and ad-hoc payments to Finance

· Be main point of contact for payroll software support

. Daily verification of payroll mailbox, dispatch to responsible area or direct answer if payroll related

. Monthly payroll/audit folder management and update

. Payroll onboarding to BackOffice new joiners – email containing fixed FAQs and ESS user guide

. Create ESS users

. Manage Housing Advances Ad-Hoc payments by WPS

. For SAP HR is expected support for run the following actions: Promotions and Terminations and to support keep data accuracy to salary, leave and personal information by updating when necessary

. Gather all information received until cut-off, process it in the systems and accurately process it in payroll

· Accurate and timely management of rewards processes (payroll, bonus, benefits)

· Integrity of employee services
