Key to the role is the ability to drive actionable outcomes and guide and optimize the partner sales and category processes across both Area subsidiaries and the region. You will cross-collaborate with other roles to provide forward-looking performance recommendations for your segment.

You will drive a predictable Rhythm of Business (ROB) with cross-functional teams to ensure quality five-quarter (5Q) rolling business outcomes. You will work with Segment and Partner stakeholders to instill sales process discipline on pipeline health management, guide partner development leaders on Microsoft sales methodologies, and collaborate across roles and segments to proactively seek resolution to manage change within your Area and regional responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years' experience with active participation in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions.
  • 5+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers
    • OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years managing projects, including planning, managing timelines, and tracking progress, and/or change management experience
Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Health and Management– Support execution of predictable revenue and consumption growth by segment / solution area and aligned with Microsoft sales methodology standards.
  • Sales Execution- Drive and guide consistent Sales Excellence discipline, governance, and partner insights within and across Enterprise, GPS, SMC-C and SMB.
  • Sales Execution Transformation– Implement evolving and new Microsoft Sales strategies, processes, and objectives to drive sustainable growth and improved sales performance.
  • Planning Engagement -Partner with segment leads, Finance, Business and Sales Operations (BSO/SOPM) on fiscal year planning workstreams requiring Sales Excellence support.
  • Define and drive a predictable Rhythm of the Connection (RoC) in collaboration with peers and/or leadership and lead end-to-end RoC activities to enforce great discipline and ensure quality outcome delivery.
  • Lead analytics on key revenue drivers (e.g. by channel, by product, by geo) and generate data-based insights and leverage and develop reporting and analytical capabilities to generate data-based insights and enable visibility into revenue and forecast for sellers, sales managers and leaders, or partners.
