The Red Hat Global Learning Services (GLS) team is looking for a Training Services Account Specialist to join us in Santiago, Chile. In this role, you will lead campaign effectiveness in the region for the whole customer base. You will work to improve class confirmations of public schedules and strategic offering initiatives’ effectiveness. As a Training Sales Specialist, you will promote interlock sessions with associated teams to ensure alignment on training initiatives. You’ll assist customers in placing orders through the Red Hat web commerce tool.

What you will do

  • Creatively find and uncover opportunities for Red Hat to expand with current and new customers, exploring all possible avenues

  • Promote customer loyalty by helping every customer with training services that will support their journey with Red Hat, exceeding customer expectations with GLS

  • Promote training and GLS sales for alumni-based business, working in alignment with all other teams, including account managers, delivery teams, the Operations and Finance teams, and others

  • Ensure predictability and visibility of financial results on training sales in the assigned campaigns; forecast accuracy

  • Conduct value proposition conversations and make-versus-buy analyses from a partnership and acquisition perspective

  • Develop and manage relationships with training resellers and accounts that further the business development activity
