Responsibilities
Develop and maintain GTM Metrics reporting framework in collaboration with Sales Strategy and Finance teams
Generate deep dives on leading and lagging indicators to provide early warnings and insights into evolving business dynamics
Train teams on key metrics, methodologies, and best practices for enhanced business alignment
Develop clear documentation standards to facilitate efficient information retrieval
Aid in alignment and validation of tools and metrics delivered by Sales Intel and related analytics teams
Serve as a thought partner to Sales Intel tooling and infrastructure teams by anticipating analytical users' needs
Requirements
3+ years of work experience in an analytical role of a revenue operations, FP&A, or business operations teams for B2B companies, preferably in Tech SaaS or Tech consulting
Experienced in managing end-to-end analytics projects, from developing business cases and collaborating with stakeholders to delivering successful outcomes such as analyses, dashboards, models, or training materials
Strong SQL proficiency, and highly skilled with Google Suite or Microsoft Office products
Ability to articulate data-driven insights to diverse audiences, including senior leadership
Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on process improvement
