Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
- Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients and influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics, product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
- Ability to strategically assess and solve client needs via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, engaged selling.
- Excellent thought leadership skills within the digital marketing space, and ability to achieve quotas to drive growth.
