As an Operational Excellence Manager here at Honeywell, you will play apivotal role in driving operational excellence initiatives within theorganization. By developing and implementing strategies to improve operationalefficiency, identifying, and eliminating barriers to execution, and drivingcontinuous improvement, the Operational Excellence Manager contributes to theoverall success and profitability of Honeywell. This role requires strongleadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deepunderstanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies. You will report directly to ourDirector of Operations, and you will work out of our Ciudad Juarez, Chih.location. In this role, you will impact the organization by driving operationalexcellence initiatives, improving overall efficiency and effectiveness ofprocesses. This will result in streamlined operations, reduced costs, increasedproductivity, and enhanced customer satisfaction. You will also play a criticalrole in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at theirbest and drive change across the company.
Key Responsibilities - Responsible for driving and deploying theManagement Operating System (MOS) for foundational and full-scale deployments(FSDs) within assigned functional area
- Develop and implement strategies toimprove operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify and eliminatebarriers to execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to driveprocess improvements
- Provide guidance and support to site leaders to ensureoperational excellence.
- Drives continuous improvement at the site level usingHoneywell enablers to affect business metrics and goals in an acceleratedfashion
- They will partner with Operations/Functional/Business leaders toensure successful MOS implementation in a timely manner.
- Positive culturechange agent to deploy strategic processes through a strong network of keyleaders
- .Drive knowledge sharing across the site by establishing teams focusedon continuous improvement and convergence on best practices creatingcollaboration across departments and sites
YOU MUST HAVE - Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and black belt certified
- Minimum of 10 years of experience inoperational excellence or of combined experience in Engineering, Operations,Quality and Manufacturing.
- 5 years of Lean Manufacturing or 6-Sigma problemsolving skills managing large scale projects
- Proven track record of drivingprocess improvements and achieving results
- Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills
