Your role:
- Using data to identify opportunities for productivity across the integrated supply chain.
- Leading the deployment of the Integrated Supply Chain strategic planning across all the sub-functions (Factories, Warehouse and Distribution, Engineering, Planning and others).
- Helping to develop a culture of problem solving via training, coaching, and challenging decisions in the proper forums.
- Supporting execution of OpEx Assessment in the organization in determining Operational Excellence Maturity and developing action plans.
- Partnering with data analysts to develop models with the goal to identify key areas of improvement and develop proposals including benefits, risks, and ROI to achieve leadership buy-in.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5 + years of experience in Manufacturing / Logistics / Supply Chain Management
Your skills include ability to deliver accurate, analytical, and process driven way of working; comfortable analyzing and interpreting large data sets, shaping analytical toolsets, and translating into business cases
You have a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Management)
You have experience coaching team outside factories (support areas, planning, logistics, etc.) to develop problem solving skills
You have experience with data driven decisions and use of data analytics and modeling You’re an excellent communicator and have people skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, including leadership team, project teams, vendors, and regulatory agencies
You are Green Belt Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing Advanced certified. Black Belt is preferred.
PMP certification is highly preferred
You have proven experience focusing on productivity savings identification, planning and execution, and End2End view of value chain efficiency and effectiveness (Experience in the medical devices industry preferred)
You have in-depth experience in the Health Systems industry, order fulfillment and supply chain operations (e.g., distribution, fulfillment, demand planning, inventory management)
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
