Description
Provide routine, detailed global regulatory analysis. Support new store, new country opening teams, and new operations with jurisdiction regulatory requirement reviews and analysis.Track and report regulatory changes on a routine basis.Develop and sustain metrics, reports, and dashboards required to support the global compliance program at the local level and for leadership.Lead and own the Global EHS Audit & Compliance Standard.Train the internal EHS auditors and provide ongoing mentorship/coaching to develop auditing skills.Serve as lead EHS auditor.Manage the EHS Audit & Compliance budget and relationships with vendors.
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Sciences or related field.
  • 10+ years of EHS experience leading compliance programs in multi-national companies.
  • 10+ experience in implementing and improving global compliance assurance programs in multi-national companies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate or advanced degree.
  • Experience leading deployment of EHS IT tools and solutions.
  • Ability to self-manage with limited supervision.
  • A people-oriented leadership-through-influence style that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
  • A proactive, assertive sense of urgency to problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle multiple high priority projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility i.e. role may require work outside of routine office hours, and able to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,200 and $255,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
