Develop and sustain metrics, reports, and dashboards required to support the global standards program and other projects.
- BA/BS in Environmental Health & Safety or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project management.
- Deep knowledge of Agile and other project management methodologies.
- Highly self motivated and able to work autonomously
- A people-oriented leadership-through-influence style that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
- A proactive, assertive sense of urgency to problem-solving.
- Ability to balance multiple high priority projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication to gracefully adjust to meet changing circumstances such as reassignment of project priority, implementation of and revisions to existing or in-process projects, and customer needs.
- Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and project management software and ability to learn new software tools quickly.
- Ability to work well with others and create strong field and corporate relationships while maintaining a high level of accountability.
