You should have experience working with NVIDIA AI software and systems. You will use your software development skills to introduce automation, build robust artificial intelligence systems, and put together custom solutions quickly for short-term requirements. You will use NVIDIA's AI accelerated computing platform to help an industry to build and adopt domain specific platform. Your ability to work independently is essential, and you will rely upon your excellent interpersonal skills during consulting engagements. We expect you to work closely with the entire customer team, including sales and program management, as well as applications engineering.

What you'll be doing:

• Recruit and hire solution architects.

• Helping customers building their LLMs using NVIDIA NeMo Framework and APIs.

• First and primary point of technical support for our hardware and software products provided to customer in the industry.

• Shepherd critical customer issues and provide timely advance warning of critical issues that need attention.

• Technical authority on all NVIDIA products, directly supporting Sales Account Managers, and working closely with the team to secure design wins.

• Establish close personal technical ties to the customer account, establishing personal relationships to facilitate rapid resolution of issues and promote the highest levels of customer happiness.

• Be an industry leader with vision on integrating NVIDIA technology into HPC architectures to support various applications in multiple industries.

What we need to see:

• 5+ years of proven experience in technical leadership roles within the technology industry

• MS or PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

• 12+ overall years of work related experience in AI and Machine learning or high performance computing, CUDA experience.

• Good to have GenAI / Deep Learning software architecture and frameworks like NeMo

• Familiarly with Large language models.

• In-depth knowledge of computer systems architecture is added advantage.

• Familiarity with at least one of C, C++, or Python.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• GPU development experience.

• Deep Learning and/or GenAI experience.

• Clouddevelopment/deploymentexperience.

• In-depth software development or data science experience.
