Sr. (OMM) Operational Material Management Analyst
Responsibilities:
- OMM Transformation Lead: Lead OMM Transformation Programs deployment and execution with support and guidance from the OMM Center of Excellence (e.g. PFEP 2.0, CTB 2.0, N-Tier Supplier Collaboration, Risk Profile Management, MRP Monitor, SNC, LPAs).
- Master Data Management: Lead quarterly review of material planning parameters, ensuring all critical parameters have data input and are aligned with the replenishment model's strategy.
- Materials Inventory Performance: Team up with the ISC Planning Inventory Manager and SC Planning team to drive inventory optimization. Perform inventory analysis and policy definition to secure material availability against minimum inventory investments
- OMM Tiered Management – KPI Reporting: Manages KPIs and PIs within the operational material management domain. Assists with analyzing and supporting OMM KPI/PIs performance tracking (Clear-to-Build reports, weekly and monthly OMM performance reports, AOP, inventory performance, etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master of Science degree in a technical or business field and 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or IT.
- Advanced English skills
- Strong hands-on experience in the SAP MRP system and planning systems. Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Excel application and data analysis tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, Tableau, and Qliksense. Proficient understanding of tactical procurement and its relation to strategic material management and experience driving structured performance improvement via Lean, Daily Management, and problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be solutions-focused, creative, and innovative with high planning skills. Project management experience and certification are a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to manage stakeholders – building solid coalitions.
