Facilitate review and allocation of specific workstream tasks among the team.
Help resolve technical issues and questions regarding tools and processes.
Provide guidance and on the job training to staff.
Provide input to resource needs and hiring for department and projects.
Utilize corporate software tools to query the global material database to search for information.
Communicate and represent workstream function to other functions and groups.
Motivate team members to achieve results by setting examples through behavior, personal values, energy and actions.
Promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy.
In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures. For those individuals that supervise others, the following statements are applicable:

What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Industrial, Chemical, Materials Engineering or any related field.
At least 3 years of experience in similar position.
English Level desired: 80-89%.
Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge
Desired knowledge: Power BI.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
