What you’ll do
- Troubleshoot Invoice, Employee Expense problems, appropriately manage escalations and answer them in a timely and professional manner
- Support handling customer queries and complaints in level 1 and 2 escalation levels and during exceptional cases or postmortem activities
- Have an active participation in driving process improvements, providing customer service, sharing expertise and compliant solutions
- Support SCO projects as context expert
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) when assigned and attend training sessions as required
- Actively support Team Manager in the daily activity task management
- Represent the team in customer calls as requested by Team Manager or Operations Head.
What we’ll need from you
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service/ Operations or similar role
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Ability to convey and receive information clearly and effectively
- Critical thinking: the ability to analyze, evaluate and solve problems.
- Innovation focused approach with ability to see the big picture
- Intermediate command of MS Suite
- Work coordination, prioritization, time management
