What you’ll do

  • Troubleshoot Invoice, Employee Expense problems, appropriately manage escalations and answer them in a timely and professional manner
  • Support handling customer queries and complaints in level 1 and 2 escalation levels and during exceptional cases or postmortem activities
  • Have an active participation in driving process improvements, providing customer service, sharing expertise and compliant solutions
  • Support SCO projects as context expert
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) when assigned and attend training sessions as required
  • Actively support Team Manager in the daily activity task management
  • Represent the team in customer calls as requested by Team Manager or Operations Head.

What we’ll need from you

  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service/ Operations or similar role
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Ability to convey and receive information clearly and effectively
  • Critical thinking: the ability to analyze, evaluate and solve problems.
  • Innovation focused approach with ability to see the big picture
  • Intermediate command of MS Suite
  • Work coordination, prioritization, time management
