Job responsibilities
- Be a self-motivated and result-oriented individual with an ability and experience to manage, motivate and lead teams of skilled staff consistently
- Well aware of Payroll compliances
- Interact closely with Payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Co-ordinate with all stakeholders including all HR teams for business needs
- Ownership of process and knowledge documents
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Graduate with 3-5 years/Ops Experience
- Exposure to process improvement tools, people & process management
- Knowledge of multinational payroll and SAP or other payroll processing ERPs
- Very strong calculation / analytical skills
- Strong calculation / analytical skills
- Quick learner & ability to challenge status-quo
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skill
- APAC Payroll experience
- Certification in any Intelligent Automation tool
