Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue within the ESMB segment (200-400 employees) by creating, managing, and closing opportunities, while ensuring customer success with Slack.
- Provide tailored recommendations based on customers’ business needs and usage patterns.
- Manage multiple customer accounts at various stages of the Slack buying cycle.
- Foster growth by proactively reaching out to existing customers and guiding them through their journey with Slack.
- Handle inbound customer communication, addressing issues related to billing, legal, security, and technical concerns.
- Be the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement across all functions.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in closing sales and driving revenue.
- Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving goals.
- A knack for identifying customer needs and delivering effective solutions.
- Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
