This individual candidate will help development of display module, define display module specifications and requirements. Drive validation to meet high quality display performance and work closely with suppliers to evaluate display performance. Drive resolution of technical issues from beginning to post reliability related to optical, electrical, mechanical performance. Conduct root cause analysis of display failure to implement corrective actions.
- MS/PhD in Optic/EE/Physics with 2+ year of experience in related field (AMOLED or other display solutions) or BS with 4+ year of experiences.
- Strong understanding of display technologies, optical metrics, calibrations with display measurement equipment
- Strong analytic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in communication and presentation with English
- Experience of project leading in high volume mass production components or device in tier-1 display manufacturers
- Demonstrated ability to perform FOS (front-of-screen) / display module process related debug
- Knowledge of display module calibration / system integration
- Experience with large qty data analysis / image processing based on AI/ML using program languages (e.g., Python, Matlab).
- Ability and willingness to travel overseas
