Key Responsibilities:
- Leads teams in the execution of projects, manages timelines, aids in building and maintaining client relationships, leads regional level initiatives
- Involve in business development activities to some extent, specialization in a 1 or 2 sectors is a plus.
- Demonstrate excellent skills in developing and implementing digital frameworks.
- Design new solutions and assist Senior Managers/Directors on proposals and new business opportunities
- Lead in developing analytical, and concise reports and presentations for management, outlining the key technical findings, business impacts and recommendations.
- Experience in creating high-quality presentations, with a keen eye for detail and design to convey information in a compelling manner.
- Manage a team of 3-4 people. Act as a counsellor for team members, identify L&D requirements of counselees
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Strong research experience in Digital/tech/emerging technologies
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Have good knowledge of research databases like Capital IQ, One Source, Factiva, Reuters,etc.
- Be proficient to search/source right information from relevant sources
- Strong analytical, executional and interpersonal skills, report writing, well versed with Alteryx, Power BI and GenAI, ability to manage multiple projects.
- Technical knowledge around data management, architecture, operating and business models etc.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Post Graduate degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science or related field from a premier institute with 3-5 years of applicable industry and/or consulting experience
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills, exposure to tools like PowerBI, Altryx, working knowledge of Python will be a plus.
