KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead productivity projects
· Process Hazard Analysis
· Maintain engineering documents
· Scope Capital projects
· Optimize energy consumption.
· Develop technical solutions
· Perform root cause analysis
· Utilize Six Sigma tools
· Identify process KPI/KPOs
· Develop process control plans
· Create process packages

YOU MUST HAVE• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering or chemical manufacturing environment.WE VALUE• Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• Experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry
• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Strong technical expertise in process optimization, design, and troubleshooting
• Proven track record of successful project execution and delivery
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
